The details pane has been shifted over to the right to allow users to see more in both the list and the detail panes.  If you need even more space, we’ve introduced a second window concept to break out the detail pane to a separate window of its own.

Unified incident level attachments

Users are able to work more efficiently with attachments.  They have been reorganized and can be found on the description page.  Drag and drop of multiple files is supported as well.

HTML 5 ProjectPlan

ProjectPlan took a hiatus in version 10 due to Silverlight limitations.  It is back now implemented with HTML 5.  Users can expect more features as well in additional to project and resource planning.

Performance & UI Improvements

We continue to improve the UI and performance and in this release, we have reworked our link and action buttons and drastically improved the way web conversations look.  

ServiceWise Mobile App

A new mobile app has been designed for agents to access ServiceWise in the field.    The app offers access to all major views and key functionalities like creating, viewing, searching, and deleting.
