Can I forward the existing ‘Work Description’ text in the ‘Current Status’ page to the new owner so that way when they look at the Work Description field they will see the text that the user entered when they forwarded the Issue?

Yes. In DevTrack Admin you can choose to “Copy forward notes to new owner” and “Including Work Description”. In DevTrack Admin, open your project and under the Project Settings folder select the Project Properties page and here you will see the following 2 check boxes “Copy forward notes to new owner” and “Including Work Description”. Once enabled the forward notes and work description will be copied to the new owner.
