DevTrack GUI Customization - In this session you will learn how to build and manage the GUI for ticket data.

2:10 - 3:00 PM Session 4

Workflow - In this session you will learn how to take your business rules and process and turn them into a graphical representation that a ticket must follow

3:10 - 4:00 PM Session 5

Notification & Escalation - In this session you will lean how to build and manage notification and escalation rules, which are designed to keep your team informed on what is happening in the system

More Advanced Features - In this session learn about some of the advanced features within DevTrack such as Auto routing, Issue Prioritization, and Issue time tracking

Sub Project & Reporting - In this session learn about the use of Sub Projects within a standalone DevTrack system as well as a fully integrated DevSuite system. Also learn how to build and customize reports

Events - In this session you will learn how to build and utilize events, which will further strengthen your business process

InterProject Actions & Multi Release Management - In this session you will learn how interproject actions can seamlessly integrate multiple projects. You will also learn about the powerful multi release management feature within DevTrack

Devtest Best Practices - In this session we will share with you the best practices in building a DevTest project. We will also explore the integration between DevTest and DevTrack

Agile Studio - Learn about the all new Agile Studio which is an ideal solution for organizations requiring a customized approach for Agile Development. DevSpec - Learn how DevSpec allows teams to collaborate as they define and manage requirements, specifications, stories, and other artifacts

DevSuite - Learn how DevSuite was developed as the ALM implementation platform for companies of any size looking to achieve agile development. Its workflow controls and process automation modules enable all team members to manage their daily design, planning, development, and QA testing tasks according to development best practices

Students are encouraged to utilize the Q/A working session time to ask the instructor any further questions or for additional best practices. This time can also be used for the customers to ask specific questions regarding their companies DevSuite system
